Mid Level Technican

We are now looking for a mid-level technician for a four week holiday temporary position.

You are selfgoing, social and we believe that you have several of the skills below and that you do not hesitate to address the issues that arise.

Position Responsibilities

1. Exceptional communication skills.
2. Knowledgeable about current Microsoft Office Suites.
3. Familiar with backup technologies (VEEAM, Crash plan, Veritas NetBackup etc.).
4. Familiar with anti-virus technologies (McAfee ePO / Symantec Endpoint Protection, AV Defender, etc.).
5. Familiar with software deployment technologies (SCCM, Altiris, Ghost, any repackaging tools).
6. Knowledgeable about basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, sub netting).
7. Familiar with remote access technologies (VPN, dial-up, terminal services).
8. Knowledgeable about current Microsoft Windows operating systems.
9. Thorough understanding of hardware and peripherals with experience supporting Microsoft operating systems in a networked environment; Windows 7 and above.
10. Experience and skill administering enterprise Microsoft SCCM.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Self-starter and ability to manage own time effectively.
13. Strong organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications       

1. 4-year Bachelor's degree.
2. Relevant certifications (MCP, CCNA, etc.)
3. Experience in customer service
4. Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
5. 4-5 years of technical support or 2 - 3 years’ junior system administrator experience.
